Bill Bussey joined the Nobles faculty in 1987, after five years teaching in independent schools and starting a British import business. He taught middle school English, and coached football, basketball and baseball. Bussey has created scores of events for students, most notably the Magic Bus. He also worked in the college counseling office for two years. Currently the provost and the ombudsman, Bussey teaches a senior English elective, runs the Assembly program, oversees clubs and organizations and mentors the School Life Council. Bussey and his wife Nan have two daughters, Kate ’15 and Sarah ’18.
