Celebrating Ten Years of Achievement!

Thank you to everyone who attended the Achieve 10th anniversary celebration at the home of Pam and Alan Trefler in September. Our hosts provided a gorgeous backdrop to celebrate 10 years of extraordinary work, and the room was full of Achieve supporters, faculty and others who have invested in our success. The keynote speaker, Geralde Gabeau, parent of Achieve graduate Gevaniah “GiGi” Gabeau, spoke passionately about the opportunities that Achieve has provided for her daughter. She said to all of the guests in the room, “The best gift we can give to our children is education…that access is key. When they get access, it makes a huge different in [addressing] the achievement gap. GiGi was the very first Achieve graduate to attend Nobles and I am proud to say that my daughter is now at Wellesley College.” Thank you for sharing in this special celebration for Achieve and here’s to another 10 years!
